Previously, Dr. Singh was the Director of Advanced Drug Delivery Research at Vyteris and a Senior Scientist of Pharmaceuticals Development at Ciba-Geigy and Novartis. Dr. Singh earned a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Queensland.
